K-AGIT provides Korean language practice tools, including phonetic typing and AI-powered simulation. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Content & Conduct
You are responsible for the messages you send to Talk-Bots. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or offensive purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The K-AGIT software and its original content are the property of K-AGIT. Third-party content (e.g., K-Pop lyrics) is used for educational/practice purposes under fair use principles.
5. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
6. Limitation of Liability
K-AGIT is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
